The current Brigade Training Officers (BTO) network will be disbanded during session 2021/2022 and replaced with the ‘Leader Development Community’, which would comprise competent, trained ‘Leader Development Trainers’, who will lead the delivery of all adult training within the Brigade.
Whilst this is a completely new entity we do not want to lose all of the expertise and experience from our current BTOs and therefore we encourage you to seriously consider applying to be part of the new community
The new entity will be a community, rather than a network, which is founded on working together in the spirit of the Brigade, living out its Vision, Mission and Values.
